Making bookings is easy! You can either conveniently book your rental online through our user-friendly Rental Page, or if you prefer personalized assistance, feel free to reach out to our dedicated team.

For mobility bookings: Height and weight. For a Power Chair, please specify for which hand the control must be located.
For oxygen bookings: The type of oxygen delivery system you use at home and the liter flow (LPM). A doctor’s prescription is also required for all medical oxygen. The prescription must indicate the individual’s name, the number of LPM the individual uses and the number of Hours Per Day (HPD) the individual uses.
For hotel bookings: Dates of Stay, Hotel Name, Address, Check-In and Check-Out Time and Reservation/Confirmation Number.

Unfortunately, we do not accept medical insurance. When an order is finalized, an order confirmation is emailed which provides the individual’s name, equipment rented and cost. We recommend individuals check with their insurance provider to explore the possibility of reimbursement for the equipment rental, using the provided order confirmation for reference.

Accessible Puerto Rico ensures a hassle-free experience for picking up and dropping off equipment. We'll deliver the equipment right to your doorstep, whether it's your hotel, residence, venue, or the airport. For hotel rentals, you can find the equipment conveniently located with the Front Desk or Concierge, ensuring a seamless experience for you. Our team is dedicated to providing you with the utmost convenience and assistance throughout the process.

The batteries on your personal transport vehicle should be charged daily. Simply plug the power cord into a standard outlet at the end of the day and let it charge overnight. Depending on the equipment, it may have a built-in charger or come with a separate off-board charger. For transportable scooters, they can be conveniently disassembled and loaded into the trunk of a medium to full-sized car, with the heaviest piece typically weighing between 35 and 60 pounds. Heavy Duty/Bariatric scooters and powerchairs, on the other hand, cannot be disassembled and are better suited for transport in a minivan or SUV.
